Accessibility
Everyone should be able to search for a home and reach me easily. I'm working to make this website meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.
What we've done
- Every form field has a label, and every button has a name screen readers can read.
- The site works with a keyboard, shows a visible focus outline, and has a "Skip to content" link.
- Images have text descriptions, and the site respects your device's reduced-motion setting.
- Text and buttons use high-contrast colors, the pages work on phones, and the whole site is available in Spanish.
Known limits
- Captions for the client videos are being added. Until then, I'm happy to send you a written transcript.
- The MLS home search is provided by Buying Buddy and may not be fully accessible in every part. If anything is hard to use, I'll search for you and send you the homes directly.

Lo que hemos hecho

- Los textos y botones usan colores de alto contraste, las páginas funcionan en teléfonos y todo el sitio está disponible en español.
Limitaciones conocidas
- Estamos agregando subtítulos a los videos de clientes. Mientras tanto, con gusto le envío una transcripción por escrito.
- La búsqueda de casas del MLS la ofrece Buying Buddy y puede que no sea totalmente accesible en todas sus partes. Si algo le resulta difícil, yo hago la búsqueda por usted y le envío las casas directamente.
