How do I find out what my home is worth?

How much do I need for a down payment?
It depends on the loan and your situation. Some loan programs allow a low down payment, and many first-time buyers qualify for down payment assistance. Kelly Manderscheid at Rate (NMLS 273420) can tell you exactly what you qualify for, with no obligation.
Do I need to sign anything before we tour homes?
Yes. MLS rules require a written buyer representation agreement before an agent tours homes with you. I'll explain every part of it before you sign, including how I'm paid.
Can you help me buy a new construction home?
Yes. Bring me to your very first visit, or let me register you with the builder ahead of time, so I can represent you. Many builders won't let an agent join after your first visit.
What do sellers get when they list with you?
Professional photos and video, twilight shots, a Zillow Showcase listing for eligible homes, and a deep clean before photos. See the Sell section of the homepage for the full list.
How do I get new listings sent to me?
Create a free account on the home search, tap "Get new listings" on the homepage, or call or text me at 818-940-4745 with what you're looking for.
Is my information private?
Yes. I never sell your information, and nothing tracks you for advertising unless you click Accept on the cookie banner. See the Privacy Policy for details.
